Amy's Sorrel Sauce


1 bunch sorrel
butter

1. Wash sorrel and stem it.
2. Slowly cook down sorrel in butter until it melts to a nice dark green color, it should look almost pureed.
3. Toss over pasta, rice, or a grain of your choosing.
